More than seven in 10 employers advertise vacancies on their own corporate websites, with 73% reporting reduced costs through using E-recruitment (CIPD survey).  In addition, 95% of graduates search for their first job using the Internet and it is increasing in popularity for all job seekers.

E-recruitment is therefore now a key part of an employers strategic recruitment mix and I am very pleased to announce that FLA has launched a web-based recruitment service for members and associates. 

Whilst we only launched this service recently, we have already seen how successful it will be:

Companies using the FLA service will have a web area that will mirror their own corporate identity and have the opportunity to raise their profile in conjunction with the other FLA companies using the system. 

The vacancies will appear on your own company branded careers pages and the same advert will also appear on the main FLA careers site giving a much higher profile to the vacancy alongside opportunties from other FLA members and associates.

Those FLA members with existing Erecruitment systems will also benefit from the FLA service as it will raise the profile of their opportunities to the whole FLA community and beyond.
