The majority of employees are full-time Negotiators, whose key function is to make telephone contact with customers for the purpose of negotiating settlement of outstanding debt balances. As a guideline, applicants ideally will have gained experience in a customer contact environment, ideally this will have been gained in banking, finance related or telesales areas however retail experience is acceptable.
